Our Packages

Gold Listing (Popular Option)

Package 1
  • 1.25%+ FMLS Fee (.12%) Of Sales Price + Buyer Agent Commission.
  • Marketed through FMLS, an Exclusive Realtors portal which feeds to popular Real Estate portals Zillow, Redfin,, Trulia etc
  • Max 2 Open Houses to get more traffic, Aggressive Marketing.
  • We will provide Supra Lockbox for easy appointments and Safe showings, Yard Sale Sign and other street sale signs.
  • We will take care of all the agreement paperwork until closing.
  • Seller will pay for any professional pictures, videos, custom fliers etc.
  • Applicable for homes built after 2010 and only in Alpharetta, Cumming.
  • Any Additional Services will be charged extra and will have to be agreed by us.

Platinum Listing

Package 2
  • 2.5% Listing fee + Buyer Agreement Commission
  • All Above services plus Aggressive Marketing with professional pictures, videos, customized flyers etc. Seller will pay for these first and later will be reimbursed at the time of closing.
  • Market the property to all our buyer clients, Potential Buyer Clients. Distribute Marketing Materials to all the prospects, past clients, within the Subdivision circles and on social media.
  • Frequent Open Houses Until Sold.
  • If the house is vacant, we will stage the house for more appeal. Seller to pay initially for the Staging and will reimbursed at the closing from our commisison.
  • We will be present at the house for all the showings and make sure house is well Lit and in a Pleasant Condition to show and make sure your personal items are not ill treated by the prospect buyers.
  • We provide Weekly Updates on the showings and Feedback from Prospects and advise you .

Flat Fee Listing

Package 3
  • $5000+ FMLS fee (.12%) Of Sales Price + Buyer Agreement Commission
  • We will create a Listing on our Website and on FMLS which publishes to all major RE Portals like Zillow, Refin, etc to get greater exposure to Buyers
  • We will provide Supra Lockbox for easy appointments and Safe showings, Yard Sale Sign and other street sale signs. Seller to Collect the Signs from us and Install themselves
  • Seller to conduct their own Open Houses, Handle Showing Requests, Attend Calls from Agents, Prospect Buyers etc. Seller to negotiate Directly with the Buyers or Buyer Agents. We will Only Check the written offers and validate them.
  • Seller to arrange for Photo Shoots and Video and Provide Final Pics and Video to upload on the Listing
  • We will take care of all the agreement paperwork until closing once Seller and Buyer Come to an agreement on terms and Conditions
  • Any Additional services required by seller will be charged extra and have to be agreed by all parties
